James Benjamin King, Sr. resident of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022 at the age of 92.
He was born in Molino, Florida on December 14, 1929 to the late Benjamin King and Florence Tucker King.
Mr. King served our county in the United States Army, was a member of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine for North America, and a Master Mason of W. Florida #210 with a 50 year certificate.
He loved to fish and listen to country music and enjoyed a good hot summer day.
Mr. King is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Florence Tucker King; and his parents.
He is survived by his children, James "Larry" King, Frank Archer, Cathy Archer, Marie King Faircloth, James B. King, Jr., Guy King and Merlene King Bruce; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North. Burial will follow in Pine Barren Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
