James Patrick Koltes, age 89, of Waunakee passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2024 at a Madison Hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 701 S. Century Ave., Waunakee. Friends may call at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will take place at 2 p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery in Madison.
