James Peter Komar 73, of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, died peacefully in his sleep, holding his loving wife's hand, on Thursday November 8th, 2018. Jim is survived by his wife Georgetta (Krancki), His sons, James Komar II, Steven Komar (Dawn Bauer), and his daughter Beth Ann Soltow (Dale), his brother Robert Komar and sister Jane Daily (Daren). He was a loving Grandpa to Samuel Johnson, Grayson Soltow, Ethan Bauer, Noah Bauer, Caden Soltow and Kylie Soltow, as well as his nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Eleanore Komar (Nowalis). Jim retired as a life long wood Patternmaker and loved his work for 50 years. He was a master at his craft and genuinely loved his work. He also took great pride in helping lead the charge for kids soccer in Pewaukee, coaching all three of his children and many other kids who he had an impact on through the years, and who still called him coach years later. He was instrumental in bringing soccer fields to Pewaukee's South Park, where he would drive by and smile from the memories. He passed on his love for hunting and fishing to his children and a story was never complete without mention of his favorite bird dog Shy. Jim's passing should remind us all, being happy is not about material things or the next adventure. Life is about having a solid home, blessed family, and sitting back and soaking all your hard work in. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 14, from 9:00am-11:00am with mass to immediately follow at St. Anthony's on the Lake, W280N2101 Prospect Ave, Pewaukee, WI 53072 Services are being coordinated by Yonke & Son Funeral Home, 205 Prospect Ave, Pewaukee, WI (262) 291-1900
