James Lemois Obituary
Jim was preceded in death by his mother, Sheila Lemois, and his father, Robert Lemois. He leaves behind a legacy of love cherished by his family and many friends, especially his two daughters, Riley and Abbey Lemois.
Known for his diverse professional talents, Jim was an outstanding salesman whose expertise ranged from insurance, antiques to "slinging whips." He was an avid fan of football, fishing, video games, and enjoyed a wide variety of music. Jim was most passionate about his many seasons coaching girls' softball, where he was widely recognized as a kind and compassionate mentor who consistently went above and beyond for his athletes.
A celebration of Jim's life will be held on January 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., located at 2002 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Jim was able to share many more years of life with his family and friends thanks to the generosity of organ donation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Donatelife.net

I would like to convey my deepest condolences to Jim´s family for the catastrophic loss of such a kind, generous and beautiful soul. I knew Jim through the Barrett st connection and enjoyed his company, humor and extraordinary salesmanship! Jim was a true original and a person who left an indelible mark on those he met. He made the world a better place and will be greatly missed.
