James E. Markowski of Hatfield passed away on November 13, 2020 at his residence. He was 62 years old. Born in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia on August 15, 1958 and was the son of the late Stanley and June (LaPointe) Markowski. He was a graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School. James worked as an automotive technician for Godshall Automotive. He had a passion for cooking and gardening and enjoyed attending gun shows with his friends. At Christmas, he looked forward to dressing up as Santa and entertaining his nieces and nephews. He was known for his generosity and friendly nature. James was married in 1993 and is survived by his beloved wife; Teresa (Timochenko) Markowski, his two sisters; Carol (Charles Sr.) McLaughlin and Jo Ann Markowski, both of Glenside, and his adored cocker spaniel; Brittney. Services to be determined at a later date. Expressions of sympathy and condolences, in memory of James, can be placed on the tribute wall of his obituary or sent to Teresa c/o the funeral home.
