James Allen Martin

James "Jimmy" Martin, age 50, of Mt. Vernon, OH passed away February 6, 2024 at home. Employed by Scioto Darby Concrete Co. An outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish and trap. Survived by his sisters, Rebecca (Larry Matthews) Corbin of Marengo, Phyllis (Charlie) Linton of Edison, Gale (Dan) Grau of Marengo and Margra Evans of Columbus; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Lenard and Judith Martin, brother, Michael and sister, Beth. Friends may call at the Johnson-Melick-Moreland Funeral Home, 49 W. Church Street, Centerburg, Monday 11 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. followed by a sevice at 1:30 p.m., Interment Bloomfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with final expenses.
