Barb, Jeff and family, We were so sorry to learn the news about Jim. He surely had a sunny disposition and wonderful sense of humor that will be sadly missed. We have such fond memories of the annual 4th of July parties from back in the day. Great people, great times that will always be treasured.

I remember well the help I received from Jim in building an addition onto the rear of Ginny and Stan Motyks's residence, notably during a snowstorm. Could not have done it without his help as he graciously volunteered. I will never forget! Rest in peace Jim.

Dear Barbara and Jeff,
I'm so sorry to hear about Jim's passing. He was a wonderful guy and I have so many fond memories of him from our old neighborhood. He used to always look out for me when I was riding my bike around the block and always there with a funny story or joke when I would see him. I remember his big birthday bash one year and playing happy birthday on the piano for him as he sang along with me (thanks to Mrs. Rickert's piano lessons).
I'll miss Jim, but so glad I have the memories.
Kind regards,
Eric Santucci and Family
