James Mullins Obituary

Mr. Mullins, 82, of Pitkin, entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, LA.
He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed working with his hands; he was always tinkering and building something. He also enjoyed the occasional trip to the casino. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Buren Mullins.
Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife of fifty-eight years, Susan Diane Mullins of Pitkin; one son, James Michael Mullins (Fiancé, Shelby) of Campbell, Texas; one daughter, Tammy Ray (Michael Paul, Sr.) of Pitkin; his mother, Irene Mullins of Greenville, Texas; one brother, Eddie Mullins of Dallas, Texas; one sister, Patricia Hughey of North Carolina; three granddaughters, Brittney Ray, Rebecca Janish (James), and LeAnn Strother (Aaron); one grandson, Michael Ray, Jr. (Alicen); and ten great grandchildren.
