A native of Orangeburg who grew up in Rock Hill, SC, Mr. Pafford was the son of the late James Tallie Pafford, Sr. and Mary Lillian Johnston Pafford. He retired from Duke Power and was a member of the Blue Ridge Masonic Lodge #92 and of College Street Baptist Church.
Mr. Pafford is survived by his brothers: Mark Pafford of Rock Hill, SC and Joel Pafford of Austin, TX.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 22, 2024, at Davenport Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Blue Ridge Masonic Lodge #92, 202 N Church St, Walhalla, SC 29691 or College Street Baptist Church, P.O. Box 340, Walhalla, SC 29691.
