James Parlor Obituary
Mr. James Parlor was born on February 8, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Roosevelt and Ida (Watson) Parlor.
He served two tours in Vietnam and was honorably discharged. He retired in 2010 from the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. He was a faithful member of the Hilllbridge Road Church of Christ, where he was very active until his health declined.
Mr. Parlor passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
He is survived by his loving wife, Regenia Hunt Parlor, children, Akeem Parlor, Christopher (Clarissa) Hunt, Demetrius Hunt, Patrick (Kerilinn) Holland, Joycelyn (Keith) Edwards, Joshua Hunt; nine grandchildren, and a host of other relatives of friends.

Sarge was always a good person my husband Vincent loved him like a brother and I loved him as a brother-in-law. He was always so special in my family with my three children and it was just so beautiful that I ended up even teaching his son in third grade Akeem. We loved James and we love you Regenia. I thank you so much for you all coming to be with me when Vincent passed away in 2019 y´all love will always be remember in my heart, I am so sorry that I cannot be there because, I just got the news on this Monday that he had passed away. Love you, Gloria Smith.
