James Parr Obituary
April 11, 1965 – December 4, 2025
Born in San Diego but Bakersfield, CA was his hometown. Graduated from Foothill High School and served in the Army National Guard. He started as an electrician and progressed to automation, instrumentation and control systems engineer. His work led him to Texas where he met his life companion Carolyn Hall.
He is survived by sisters Nancy, Susan and Barbara. He was preceded in death by mother Margaret Parr, father Kenneth Parr and brother Carl Jenkins.
A celebration of life service will be held April 11, 2026 at Riverwalk Park at 3pm.
