James Powell Obituary

James served his country proudly in the United States Navy. He was a member of the VFW in Whitehouse, Ohio. His greatest joy was music. He was a talented guitar player and played in many local bands.
He is survived by his children Debbie (Kevin) Mehaffey of Grand Rapids, Ohio, James Powell of Steubenville, Ohio, Jackie (Jeff) Martsching of Caldwell, Texas and David Powell of Caldwell, Texas, his loving partner of 9 years Sheri Estrada and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Susie Keegan.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home in Waterville, Ohio.
