James E. Reeves

On September 28, 2025, of Washington Twp. Age 78. Beloved husband of Marie (nee Del Tito). Devoted father of James Reeves (Becky), Jason Reeves (Brenda), and Janine Lawrence (Scott). Loving grandfather of Michael, Matthew, Jack, Jason, and Parker. Dear brother of the late Barbara Nonemacker and Edna Fierraro. Loved by nieces and nephews.

My dad was born in Southwest Philadelphia and was a huge Philly sports fan. His Eagles and Phillies were always on and he loved listening to Philly sports talk radio. He loved the Jersey shore. He would spend his childhood going down to Somers Point and crabbing with his family. He loved everything about the boardwalk, the lights, the food, and just walking up and down. He was always in the ocean and loved teaching his kids how to body surf. He loved spending time with his family. He had a green thumb. He loved his garden which he picked up from his father and he shared his hobby with his children. He loved planting tomatoes and peppers. He loved dogs and always had a dog. He loved riding his bike. I used to sit on the handlebars while he biked when I was little. He also loved model trains. His favorite meal was my mom's gravy and spaghetti. He would read to us at night when we were kids and that started our love for reading.

Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation Saturday, October 11 th 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in James' memory may be made to Veterans Helping Veterans.
