EAST GREENBUSH - James Jay Reilly, age 42, a lifelong resident of East Greenbush, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2026, with his mom by his side. Son of Jay and Patricia Reilly, J.J. was born on March 16, 1983, and was a graduate of LaSalle Institute. He is also survived by his former wife and the mother of his children, Sara Reilly.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at the American Legion, Melvin Roads Post, 200 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, N.Y. 12144, from 1 to 6 p.m.
