We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Jim Ring, co-owner of the Fields and WeaverRidge. Many may have known him as the "Greeter in the Armchair". He was a friend to many but also a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and man of God.
We are incredibly grateful for the legacy he leaves behind, the countless memories and time we had together. He will be deeply missed by our family, staff and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Many may not know that Jim never actually swung a golf club but he loved his community and neighbors. Next time you are out there, hit one down the fairway for him.
