James David Rivera, born 03/05/1975 to the late Nyla Faye Rivera In Pueblo, Colorado. He spent most of his life in Pueblo but also spent some time in California, Washington St.., and Denver. James loved the mountains, fishing and riding dirt bikes, always pushing the limits with a true daredevil spirit, earning the nickname Lucky for a variety of reasons. He was passionate about fishing and spent countless hours in the sun, casting a line and sleeping under the stars. His unforgettable belly laugh could bring everyone to tears...you didn't just hear it; you felt it in your bones. Above all James adored his mom, and that love was evident to all who knew him. He is survived by his father, Jesus (Kristin) Rivera, his brother Donald (Mandy) Rivera, and his sister Laressia (Sam) Easterling, and his favorite Uncle John (Sarah) Rivera. James also shared a meaningful chapter of his life with his former wife and special friend, Beth Moore. James will be laid to rest by his mother Nyla who preceded him in death.
