James Rosenkrans Obituary

James Post Rosenkrans IV, 87, of Frederick, MD, died in Frederick on March 13, 2024.

James was born in Newburgh, New York, on October 15, 1936, to the late Arlene and James Post Rosenkrans III. Jim earned a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry as well as multiple Master's Degrees . He worked for the CIA for 30 years.

His daughter Jennifer Rosenkrans predeceased him. He is survived by his daughter Robyn Carozza (David). son James Post Rosenkrans V, granddaughter Crystal Churchill, great grandsons Weston Churchill and Kenneth Kupstas, and a special friend, Lynn Romano. Jim also leaves behind two dear cats-Princess and Phoebe.

A private family graveside service was held at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Frederick, MD. A celebration of life will be held at a future date. James Rosenkrans
