Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Elmwood Cemetery in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. Burial will follow.
Pete was born on September 5, 1941 in New Hope, Oklahoma to Aral James and Mabel Grace "McCarroll" Smith. He served in the United States Army National Guard. He enjoyed riding horses, working on the ranch, welding and working on small engines. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV.)
Survivors include his sister, Eunice Rae Price.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Thelma Christine Smith.
