James P. "Jamie" Street

James "Jamie" Street of Redding, CT passed away suddenly on December 31, 2024 at the age of 56. The world lost a beautiful soul when he departed. Jamie lived his life a humble and gracious man always with a smile on his face and a hand to lend. His passion was his family and was always his top priority in life. He reveled in telling stories about his wife and four children whom he adored and who are left heartbroken. Whether it be dancing, playing lacrosse or riding horses there was always a proud Dad story to share. Jamie loved the outdoors, specifically when he had a golf club in his hands, and especially a driver, as his eyes lit up when he could just rip it. He loved to compete and always wanted to play. His forty-year career was dedicated to creating beautiful residential homes and his vision and talents are incomparable. He was very proud of all he accomplished as a builder and the countless grateful clients he served over the years. Although Jamie is gone, he will live in our hearts forever.
He is survived by his wife Robin (Bruno) Street and his four children; Aubrey and Arden of Redding, CT, Dylan of Lake Worth, FL and Alexis of West Palm Beach, FL, his sisters; Kelly (Stephen) Stone and Cheryl (Kirk) Street-Bibber, both of Norwalk,CT., and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death are his parents George and Nancy Street of Norwalk, CT.
Visitors may call on Thursday January 9th from 5:00 p.m. to -8:00 p.m. at the Collins Funeral Home 92 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT with a prayer service beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. A graveside service will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John's Cemetery, 223 Richards Avenue, Norwalk, CT. All are welcome.
