James Allen “Jamesie” Tingle, age 71, of New Castle, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Son of the late Edward Dee and Thelma Elizabeth (Gilbert) Tingle, he was a truck driver with Steel Tech for many years. He enjoyed showing cattle with his grand-daughter, Ashlyn and loved to farm. He was an avid basketball fan, always having a game on in the background. He especially loved to watch his grandbabies play basketball and never missed a game!

Great-Grand-Daughter: Rory Stanley
Funeral Service: 1 PM on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Castle Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Chandler Stanley, Brice Tingle, Landen Tingle, Alex Tingle, Damon Turner & Derek Tingle
Visitation: 11 AM until service time on Saturday at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
