James "Jim" Treadwell, age 80, of Pocahontas, died Monday, July 21, 2025, at Stone Bridge Senior Living. He was born April 14, 1945, in Dover, to Clarence Otho and Lessie Pauline Huffman Treadwell.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Donna Treadwell.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, James Wayne and Jeanenne Treadwell; a brother, Don Treadwell; two sisters and brother-in-law, Sharon Kelly and Judy and Leland Biggerstaff; a granddaughter, Amber (J. Paul) Doty; and a great-grandchild, Cannon Dail.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Price Grove Assembly of God, with Mr. Hunter Huffman officiating. Burial will be in Goates Cemetery, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
