It is with broken hearts that we announced the passing of our beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew, and friend who left this world on November 6, 2024, at the age of 25.
Full of life, laughter, and love Trey lit up every room he entered and left an unforgettable mark on everyone he met. He was truly the life of every party, a shining star with a smile that could brighten the darkest day.
Trey had a special gift for making people laugh, lifting their spirits and reminding them to embrace life’s moments. His kindness, energy and warmth drew people to him effortlessly and humor never fail to bring joy to those around him. It was with friends, family, or even strangers. He had an uncanny ability to make everyone feel seen heard and loved. Trey spent most of his time in Lynchburg where he made countless memories with family friends anyone fortunate enough to cross his path. He was so passionate about fashion, music, shoes, and sports. Those times with us was far too short his impact was immeasurable. He leaves behind cherished memories, countless laughs and the incredible example of a life lived fully.
Trey survived by his parents, Jennifer (Barry) Jordan, James “Jimbo” Jones, stepmom Amanda Jones; four brothers, Josh Jamerson, Christian Jones, Devon Jordan and Hunter Jordan; and grandparents, William and Lois Martin, as well as Victor and Stephanie Moss. Trey also survived by the love of his life Asia Reed. Trey was proceeded in death by his grandfather, John T Wright, Jr. and James and Cindy Jones.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 4 P.M. It will be located at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg with Dr. Clarence McCray officiating. The family will receive friends at the New London Ruritan club following the funeral service. As per family wishes Trey will be cremated in order to carry him always.
