James Jacob Vojtash

James Jacob Vojtash, age 76, of Cranberry Twp., formerly of the South Hills, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025 while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp.
Born June 18, 1949, Jim grew up on the Southside of Pittsburgh. He was the son of the late Samuel Andrew and Adella Veronica Vojtash.
Jim graduated from St. Michael's High School in Southside and formerly attended St. Michael's Parish. He was a current member of St. Ferdinand Catholic Church – Divine Grace Parish in Cranberry Twp.
Jim enjoyed flipping cars and fishing. He was a connoisseur of all things food and loved to eat. He also enjoyed attending weddings. Jim was certainly a character and enjoyed life to the fullest. He will be remembered as a loving husband, brother, uncle and father to many beloved rescue animals.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife and beloved companion for 25 years, Lynda T. DeCarlo; his brothers, Glenn and Richard Vojtash; his brother-in-law, Charles N. (Jane) DeCarlo, and his sister-in-law, Sandy (Jay) Souilliard; his niece and nephew, Cara (Aaron Hartman) DeCarlo and Charles W. (Danielle) DeCarlo; his great-nephews and great-niece, William, Gabriel, Nathaniel, and Carolyn; his cat, Mickey Malone, and several other beloved rescue animals.
Friends will be received 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at the Boylan- Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Svcs., Inc., 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066. We are located behind the Village Shoppes of Cranberry Plaza that contains the Ichiban Hibachi and Mad Mex restaurants.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church - Divine Grace Parish, 2535 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066.
