James L Walker, age 64 of Marion, OH passed away December 5, 2025, at Marion General Hospital. He was born May 22, 1961, to the late Robert and Elizabeth (Tucker) Walker in Columbus, OH. James was married to Susan (Chandler) Walker, who survives in Ostrander.
James is survived by his wife, daughters: Whitney (Justin) Wright of Delaware County and Amanda (Matthew) Fife of Delaware County, nephews: Joshua and Jeremiah Hughes, niece Cassie Walker, grandchildren: Ryan Drum, Reihna Wright, Ellie Fife, and Josiah Fife, sister Leora Hughes, and brother Joe Walker. He was preceded in death by his parents, nephew Nathan Walker, grandson Elijah Fife, and brother-in-law Chuck Hughes
James was a 1979 graduate of Rutherford B Hayes High School and worked for/retired from Liebert Company (Emerson Electric) in Delaware. He enjoyed working with horses on the farm, fishing, woodworking, music, going to concerts, and watching movies. James was very artistic, loved to laugh his boisterous, belly laugh, and strived to live life to the fullest.
