He was preceded in death by; his parents, his sister Linda Scott, of Elm Springs, and his wife Cheryl.
James is survived by: his sister; Donna Williamson, of Elm Springs, his brother; Rex Watkins, of Lowell, his son; Brian Watkins, of Elm Springs, one granddaughter; Jordan, of Cabot, and great-grandchildren; Kaden, Aubree, and Alexee.
