James Thomas Williams

James Thomas Williams, age 94, of Sulligent, AL, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Wofford Cemetery. Bro. Brian Reeves to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

James was born on December 22, 1931 in Sulligent, AL to the late Thomas Jackson "Tommy" Williams and the late Mary Evalee Canterbury Williams. He was a 1952 graduate of Sulligent High School. James previously worked for Glenn Enterprises and was a custodian at Lamar County High School. He was an avid Alabama fan and enjoyed racing, fishing, and working in general. James was a member of Oak Hill Fellowship Church. He was a humble man with a generous heart that loved his family dearly. His loving memory will forever be cherished and greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
