James Charles Wilson, 81, entered into rest on Friday, September 13, 2024.
James was born on December 24, 1942, in Bradford, Pennsylvania. His loving parents were William Davis and Lorraine Walk Davis. After high school, James enlisted and honorably served in the United States Air Force as a sheet metal mechanic on C-124s. Following his service, he worked for the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier for 34 years until his retirement. In his personal life, James was a faithful Christian who was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in the Mellette Sunday school class. He was a kind and gentle man who deeply loved his family; his children and grandchildren were his life. James will be deeply missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Wilson.
