The family of James Robert Wolfenberger Sr., 51, is saddened to announce his passing on December 5, 2025. James was born on November 10, 1974, in Columbus, Ohio to Christine (Max) Kildow Stover and the late Robert “Lucky” Wolfenberger.
James leaves behind his daughter, Paige (Kaleb) Evans, his sons James Wolfenberger Jr., Jacob Wolfenberger and daughter, Malia Wolfenberger; siblings, Robert Seiber, Heather (Nick) Coon, Lori Young, Aaron Stover, Shawn Baisden and Josh Binns.
He was preceded in death by his Great Grandmother Margaret Culp, Grandmother Barbara Seiber, his brother Jamie Baisden, his sister Kelsey Young, and his lifelong best friend Brandon Grissette, as well as many aunts, nieces, nephews and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts. His presence will be missed deeply, but his spirit will continue to live on in the lives of all those he touched. James also left behind, Jake, his canine companion and best friend, who provided him with unconditional love, joy and laughter. His other love in life was riding his motorcycle daily whether on a long or a short trip in the sun, rain, or snow.
James will be remembered for his warm heart, unwavering loyalty, and the many friendships he cultivated throughout his life. On any given day, whether you were family, friend, or a stranger who needed help, James would give you his last dollar or the shirt off his back.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life, on Monday, December 22, 2025, 6:00 – 8:00pm at Shaw-Davis Funeral Home, 4341 N. High Street.
He was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
