Jamie Hecker Obituary
Jamie was born on September 16, 1960, in Bay City, Michigan, to her parents James and Louise Drummond. She grew up in Madison Heights and graduated from Lamphere High School in 1978. Jamie spent her career as a caring hairdresser in the local community and also worked as a school bus driver for Birmingham Public Schools-always with a kind smile and generous heart.
She had a deep love for animals, especially cats, and was known for her warm spirit and loyal friendship. Jamie is survived by her best friend Sharon "Sparky" (Diane Mitchell) Rhodes, her dear friend Jennifer (David) Shackley, and her beloved nieces Chelsea and Courtney.
At this time, no formal services are planned. In Jamie's memory, donations may be made to the Animal Rescue League and/or the Breast Cancer Foundation.
