Paul Richard Keller, Jr., 77, of Macomb, Michigan passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025.
He was born on March 19, 1948, to Paul and Gay (DeCost) Keller in Keyser, West Virginia.
Paul grew up in Madison Heights, Michigan and graduated from Lamphere High School
in 1966. He excelled at sports and was an All-State and All-Conference athlete in both baseball
and football.
He was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1968. He trained as both a paratrooper and an all
terrain vehicle test driver.
In 1968, he married the love of his life, Carol Susan Novak. They were married 47 years
until her death in 2015. Together, they had four sons, Bradley, Brandon, Ryan and Adam.
Following his honorable discharge from the Army, Paul followed in his father's footsteps
and became a pipe fitter Detroit local 636. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley-
Davidson motorcycle and following his beloved Detroit Tigers, Lions and Red Wings.
Paul is survived by his children, Bradley (Amanda) Keller, Brandon (Paula) Keller, Ryan
(Ti any) Keller and Adam Keller, all of the Greater Detroit Area. Also surviving are his mother,
Gay Keller, sisters Linda (Amy Carmien) Keller, Brenda Keller and brother Robert (Gail) Keller.
Paul's grandchildren, Devante, Victorialyn, Rachael, Kennedy, Karson, Kolton, Marissa, Juliana and Jackson will miss him.
Three great-grandchildren, Logan, Ja'Kai and Kamryn Woods also along with a niece, Selena (Michael) Duca and nephew Steven (Meagan) Keller.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Susan Keller and his father, Paul Richard
Keller, Sr.
