Jan Reed Obituary
Jan Wesley Reed was born on November 18, 1957, and passed away peacefully on February 10, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents Jessiephine and Emanuel Reed and his sister Judene Gregg.
He is survived by his children Andy (Jessica) Reed, Jessica (Nick) Barker; stepchildren Justin (Lauren) Davis, Amanda (Blake) Overfelt, Aaron (Alexis) Reed; grandchildren Kaylee and Manny Reed; great grandchild Evie May; special friend Elizabeth Gray; and beloved dog Lola.
Jan had a tough and wild exterior but a sensitive and loving heart. He was proud of his welding skills and truck driving days. He loved watching old westerns, going to the race track, and jamming to music. We will miss his loud laugh, contagious smile, and crazy jokes. “You know what I mean?” “Correct.”
Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, 10:00am at Point Pleasant Cemetery with the Rev. Dwayne Huskey officiating. A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 between the hours of 5:00pm and 7:00pm.
