Janalee Eudaily passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the age of 86 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Chuck Jr (Cheryl), Rob (Dana), Denver, CO, Tom (Sally), Calgary AB, Jim (Tiffany), Plain City OH, 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; siblings Bob Hunter Jr, Cathy Jorgensen (Steve), Lee Hunter (Sherleen) and Betsy Olson (Neil), all of Salt Lake City, UT. She was predeceased by her husband Chuck Eudaily and parents Bob & Elizabeth Hunter.
Janalee was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from John Marshall High School and then the family moved to Salt Lake City, UT. While attending a dance on Dugway Military Base, she met the love of her life Chuck. They were married three months later on May 29, 1959 in Bountiful, UT. Shortly after they moved to Los Angeles where they started their family. A few years later they moved to Plano, TX and then to Calgary, AB, where they resided for the remainder of their lives. While raising her children in Calgary, her home quickly became the “Go-To” place for family, friends, teammates and missionaries. Her taco nights became a favourite for all. She proudly supported all her son’s sport’s activities. She loved her family and enjoyed many happy times with them. Janalee also enjoyed serving in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She will be remembered for her loving and friendly nature. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Janalee's family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at the Intercare Brentwood Care Centre, St Andrews Floor. For their exceptional and compassionate care . There will be a private family graveside service held for Janalee in Calgary.
