Jane M. Colglazier Brewer, age 84, of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 in her home.
Mrs. Brewer was born September 20, 1940 in Livonia, Indiana. The daughter of Merle VanCleave and Thelma Freeman VanCleave. She was a house wife and worked at Smith Cabinet. She was a member of Christian Heritage Church and attended New Hope United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Brewer is survived by her sons: Bryan McGinnis of Pekin, John L. Colglazier of Salem and Marvin "Chip" Colglazier of Salem. She is also survived by her sister, Donna Spurgeon of Seymour and several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Mrs. Brewer is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Colglazier Sr. She then married Marvin Brewer Sr. and he also preceded her in death.
Services will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Weathers Funeral Home at 1:00p.m, Visitation will be held from 10:00a.m until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church.
