Jane Marie Griffin

Jane Marie Griffin, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, at the age of 63. She was born on June 2, 1962, in Austin, Texas, to Claude and Agnes (Dando) Gadd.

Jane worked for many years at TTEC for Progressive Insurance, where she was known for her dedication, kindness, and infectious laughter. Outside of work, she enjoyed trips to the casino, where her bright spirit and sense of fun always shone through. Jane was truly the light of every room she entered - giving, selfless, and always ready to help anyone in need.

Family was the center of Jane's world, especially her cherished grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and pride.

She is survived by her daughters, Cheyenne Griffin and Sierra Griffin and husband Darren Dupre; her grandchildren, Sophia Dupre and Darren Dupre Jr.; her father, Claude Gadd; her brother, Donald Gadd and wife Badeia; niece, Savannah Fontenot and husband Jesse; nephew, Nicholas Gadd; best friend, Wanda Beed; her faithful dog, Sissy; and her cat, Jolene. She will also be deeply missed by a host of beloved extended family and friends.

Jane was preceded in death by her mother, Agnes (Dando) Gadd; her husband, Nelson Griffin; her brother, Michael Gadd; and her nephew, Ethan Gadd.

A memorial service honoring Jane's life will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Lynch Funeral Home in Caddo Mills, Texas.

Jane's warmth, laughter, and boundless love will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
