Jane Martenson Obituary
Jane A. Martenson of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on June 6 2025, at the age of 73. She was born in Minneapolis, MN, on May 24, 1952, to parents, Walter and Geneva (Nelson) Martenson.
Jane enjoyed working at Janus Developmental Services for 30 years. She was an avid Indianapolis Colts and Pacer’s Fan. She also cheered for whichever team was playing against the Minnesota Vikings.
She is survived by her sister Karen Bates, nephews, John Betzold, Jim Betzold, Steve Betzold, Warren Lundblad, Peter Lundblad, Nieces Susan Patton, Anne Oaks, Carrie Ehrlich.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Walter and Geneva Martenson, sister Mary Herndon, Niece Beth Norman and nephew Jerry Betzold.
Memorial Service will be held from 3:00pm to 5:00pm June 27, 2025, at St. Christopher Episcopal Church (1402 W. Main St. Carmel, IN). Burial will follow funeral service at St. Christopher Episcopal Church Memorial Garden.
