Jane Pantano Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Weber Funeral Home at Ridge on Feb. 15, 2026.
Jane Pantano of Allentown, PA, formerly of Kenilworth, NJ, passed away on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2026, at the age of 59. She was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey to Pasquale and Beatrice Pantano and was raised in Kenilworth, where she spent her early years. Jane had worked as a cashier for Big Lots in Trexlertown for 20 years. She loved George Clooney, was an avid reader of romance novels, especially Danielle Steel, and even wrote some of her own romance books. She was creative and outgoing, loved doing crafts, and had a unique sense of humor that made those around her smile. Sometimes innocently charming, Jane had an incredibly big heart and brought warmth, kindness, and joy to everyone who knew her. She loved animals and shared an EXTRA-special bond with all her nieces and nephews, who meant the world to her.

Survivors include her mother, Beatrice Pantano; brothers Joseph Pantano and wife Paula, and Antonio Pantano and wife Lori; and nieces and nephews Anthony Jr., Jenifer, Ashlee, Shanon, Brandyn, Kyle, Rebecca, and Leonardo.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 19th from 10:00 AM until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, both at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1040 Flexer Ave in Allentown. Entombment will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Allentown.

Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

We are so very sorry to hear that Jane passed away. She always greeted us with a warm smile, and Izzy(our dog) truly enjoyed her friendliness. We loved chatting with her about her day and were so saddened when she became ill and it was harder for her to be outside. We will always remember seeing her on the deck reading, and how she would call out, "Hi Izzy!" whenever we walked by. She will be deeply missed! The Prindible's (next door)
