Jane S Perez

JANE PEREZ, age 93, of Adrian, went to be with the lord on Friday March 13, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family, under the loving care of Hospice of Lenawee. She was born June 1, 1932, in Sanderson, Texas to Jose and Emma (Poster) Salazar. She was married to Jesse Perez on June 28, 1952, in Adrian. She was employed with General Motors, retiring in 1988. Jane was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Society, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Choir, Thursday Prayer Group, the Guadalupe Society and Cursillo. She enjoyed golfing, doing crafts, baking and cooking. Spending time with her family was what she loved the most.

She is survived by a daughter, Margaret Anderson of Adrian, a brother Lee Salazar of Adrian, two grandchildren, Monica Faz and Ryan Shelley; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, five brothers, Jesse, Jose, Gudalupe, Rudy, John – Savious. Three sisters Maria, Manuela and Rosie. A Granddaughter in Infancy Antoinettee Faz.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 19,2026 from 3-7 PM with a Rosary at 7PM at Anderson-Marry Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10: 30 AM, St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Micheal Newman officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
