Jane Rae Ramage, 94, passed away peacefully December 1, 2025. Born in Chicago, IL, Jane lived a life filled with kindness, laughter, and unwavering love for those around her. She passed away in her current city of Gainesville, GA.
A devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Jane was known for her warm smile, her welcoming personality, and her love of family gatherings. Jane was blessed with a great many friends and enjoyed tennis & golf, and her time as a teacher's aide and reading tutor as well as her love of ballet and the Broadway theater.
Jane is survived by her children, Charles (Mary), Cynthia (Douglas) Langman, Christopher (Dawn) and Ross (Margaret); her beloved grandchildren, Christian Langman, Jordan (Lori) Langman, and Rachel (Kevin) Newcomb; and her great-grandchildren Paul, Eli and Baker. She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Charles Carl Ramage.
The family will honor the life of their beloved privately, without holding a public service or gathering.
Her legacy of love, generosity, and gentle humor will live on in all who knew her.
