Jane (Rizza) Sadiq passed away suddenly early Sunday, October 17th, 2021 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, where she was being treated for cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Thomas Sadiq, and her brothers, Joseph Rizza, III and Edward Rizza, and her beloved Samoyed dog, Shokqua.
Jane was born in Nazareth, Pennsylvania on July 23rd, 1968 to the late Joseph Rizza, Jr. and Diane (Matejicka) Rizza. She graduated with Honors from the University of Delaware with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1990. Jane resided in many places around the USA as a loyal Air Force wife, most recently in Riverdale, Maryland. She was a lifelong fan of baseball, particularly the NY Yankees and SF Giants. She was a great dog lover, raising a number of Samoyeds across her years.
Memorial service is to be held at Gaschs Funeral home in Hyattsville MD on Friday, October 29 at 1:30pm.
