Janet Bentley

Janet Fae Bentley, age 60, passed away peacefully Sept 7, 2022, after 14 months of valiant effort to recover from a serious illness. She is the daughter of Boyd Hinckley Bentley and Fae Carol Kingdon Bentley. Left to remember her with fondness are her brother, Roger (Paula) Bentley, Carol (Bill) Venneman; nieces and nephew, Rachel, Bekah, Trisha, Roger, Celeste and Jamie; 12 grand nieces and 9 grandnephews; and many, many dear and devoted friends.
Janet grew up in southern California graduating from Tustin's Foothill High School then relocated to Utah, retired from McKesson where she worked for 35 years, served in her ward and stake Primary, served as a temple ordinance worker, loved to travel and was a big Jazz and Ute fan. She will be remembered for her tireless love for all those around her.
A Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, 12:30-1:30pm at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT. A Graveside service will be held at 2:00pm at Salt Lake City Cemetery, 200 N St E, Salt Lake City, UT 84103.
