Janet Chambers Obituary
Janet J. Chambers, age 94 of Pequot Lakes formerly of Trommald, passed away at the Caring Hearts Senior Community in Pequot Lakes on January 4, 2026. She was born on March 18, 1931 in Stapes to Louis and Ann (Mudek) Johnson.
Janet loved to cook, shopping for beaded necklaces, dancing, singing and spending time with her pets.
Janet is survived by one brother Ray (Mary) Johnson of Crosby and one sister, Paulette (Donald) Winberg of Duluth and nieces and nephews.
Preceding Janet in death are her parents; her husband, Haskell; four sisters, Betty Platisha, Dorothy Radke, Louise Williams and Diann Erickson; and one brother Louie Johnson.
A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
