Janet Chingo Obituary
Janet was the beloved wife of the late John Chingo Jr. (Jack), whom she married on July 8, 1975. She was a devoted and loving mother to Candice (Adam) Kehoe, Randy (Kim) Frost, Frank (Wendy) Frost, Linda (Mike) Glockler, and Nick (Margarett) Johnson. She was also a cherished grandmother to Carson, Logan, and Gavin Kehoe; Alexandra, Samantha, Jessica, Amber, Brandon, and Cecila Frost; Marta Pitrowski, Destiny and Faith Osbourne; Christian and Heather Glockler, Cash Hodges, and Audrey Motes.
Janet was the dear sister of the late Harry (Mindy) Whelchel, the late Peggy (Julio) Garza, and the late Beverly (Frank) Riley. She is survived by her siblings Susie (Billy) Hillard, Kenny Whelchel, and Dennis (Sue) Kee. She was a fond aunt to many nieces and nephews, always providing love and support to her extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 1:00 PM to time of funeral service at 4:00 PM at Kisselburg Wauconda Funeral Home, 235 N. Main St., Wauconda, IL 60084. Inurnment will take place on July 8, 2025, at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Ashland, WI, where Janet will be laid to rest with her beloved Jack on what would have been their 50th wedding anniversary.
Janet's warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be dearly missed. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
