Janet E. Dahn

Janet E. McCray Dahn, 83, of Albion, Pa, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Erie, on April 22, 1942, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Thelma Fogle McCray.

Janet worked for the Wattsburg School District for seventeen years. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, reading, furniture restoration, and square dancing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her brother, Kenneth McCray and her sister Janice E. Paul.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Arthur E. Dahn, Jr.; her daughter, Brenda S. Bartlett (Norm), of North East; her three sons, Arthur E. Dahn III (Julie), of Wyoming, Brian D. Dahn (Debbie Davison) of Greene Township, and Craig Dahn, of Erie; her eleven grandchildren, Samantha, Darlene, Rachael, George, Arthur IV, Douglas, Craig Jr., Brian Jr., Lee, Dale, and Lyle; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home, Inc. 5000 Wattsburg Rd. on Thursday, March 5th from 5 p.m. until the time of funeral service there at 7 p.m.. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
