Janet is survived by her husband, Peter Gardella, her sons Peter, Michael, and Paul Gardella, her brothers John Pinto and Michael Pinto, her daughters-in-law Stacy, Deanna, and Maura, her grandchildren Sarah Henderson and her husband Brady, Jennifer Reutlinger and her husband Colton, Peter Gardella, Benjamin Gardella, and Teddy Gardella, her great-grandchildren Anna and Stella Henderson and Addison and Walker Reutlinger, and many more relatives and friends that she loved deeply.
Janet loved life! She was always ready to head out for the day or to go on a long adventure. Her laugh was contagious and she had a way of making everyone she met feel like an old friend. Janet not only impacted the lives of her family and friends, but also those of her many students during her nearly 30 years as a school teacher. Janet also enjoyed her quiet time curled up with a good book or watching a movie. More than anything else, Janet loved being surrounded by her family, and we loved surrounding her. Her spirit for life and the love she brought to those around her will be greatly missed.
