Janet "Cindy" Jolie

In Loving Memory of Janet "Cindy" Jolie 10/6/1956- 8/11/2024
Cindy passed peacefully Sunday morning.
She used to say, "They named me Janet but called me Cindy; I don't know who I'm supposed to be." She was a little sister, a twin, a mother, a caregiver and a little tired old Grammy.
Cindy is survived by her children, Douglas Nephew III, Jaime Nephew, Nicole Nephew, Destiny Gaucher, and her adored grandchildren, Gillian Calnan, Aaron Berry, Nathan Nephew, Lillian Berry, Saige Albíno, Raihden Albíno, Noah Nephew, Sadie Nephew. She is also remembered by her siblings, Karen Gaucher, Ricky Fegreus, Duane Fegreus and her twin Wendy Fountain.
She worked for 30 years as a devoted caregiver at Venture Community Services, previously known as Life-Skills, inc. It was more than a job to her she said it was a privilege to be able to help encourage their independence and to advocate for the ones who needed help communicating their needs.
Her memory will forever be illuminated by the joy she shared with those she loved. We will remember the Trolls collection from her mother. All the laughter of grandchildren riding bikes, searching for the dragon tree, and the wonder of discovering teddy bears in the woods.
So that's where she will be-in the places of imagination and love, in the hearts of her family, and in the memories of all who knew her.
