Brookfield – Janet M. Lynde, 87, of Brookfield passed away at home on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

She leaves behind her granddaughter, Angela M. Menard and her husband, David, of Brookfield; her grandson, Ronald M. Lynde and his wife, Lindsay, of New Hampshire; as well as her many other grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, Zaley and Ryden Lynde of Auburn and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by several of her other family members. She was born in Waltham, daughter of the late William W., Jr. and Margaret Henderson.

Janet worked for nearly 42 years as a housekeeper for Becker College. She volunteered at the West Brookfield Senior Center in recent years as well. She loved watching birds, and spending time in nature and with animals. However, the time she spent with her family was that which she cherished most of all.
