Janet Lynn Miracle

Janet Lynn Miracle, age 71 of Carleton, formerly of Monroe, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 20, 2022 at her home. She had been in declining health for several years.
Born September 12, 1950 in Monroe, Janet was the daughter of the late Walter and Opal (Miller) Dusseau, Jr. She attended Airport High School and married John S. Miracle, Jr. on March 18, 1972 in Monroe. Together they raised two children. Sadly, he preceded Janet in death on July 12, 2007.
Janet enjoyed being a homemaker, spending time with her family, traveling to Florida, doing crossword puzzles, playing cards, and eating sweets.
Janet is survived by a daughter, Becky (Edward) Mell of Carleton; brother, Terry (Susan) Dusseau of Lansing, MI; three grandchildren: Lacy Miracle, Ethan Edinger, and Lyndsey Ballard; three great-grandsons: Rhaegar Mickens, Rogan Mickens, and Renlee Wood.
In addition to her parents and husband, Janet was also preceded in death by a son, Christopher Miracle who passed away on July 30, 2018.
Family and friends may visit from 11 a.m. until time of funeral at 2 p.m. Monday, Apr. 25th at Bacarella Funeral Home. Rev. Gary Braden will officiate followed by burial at Roselawn Memorial Park.
