Janet Diane Riegle

Janet Diane Riegle, age 50, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away on July 17, 2025. Born on November 10, 1974 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, she was the daughter of the late Sterling Hartwig and Sharon Hartwig Bryant.
Janet was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. She was employed as a Program Analyst for the Little Rock District of the Corps of Engineers. She was a member of the Christ Alive Church. Janet had a loving heart. She loved her family and friends and was always willing to lend a hand when needed. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking, kayaking and relaxing by the lake.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Lana Sweaney, and her brother Daniel Hartwig.
She is survived by her children Chelsea Kohlbrecher (Ryan), Morgan Staton (Conner), her granddaughter Paisley Staton, her brothers Matt Hartwig, Brett Hartwig (Brenda), and Billy Hartwig (Teresa), her sister Wendi Super (Christian), and her nieces and nephews Sylvia Sweaney, Caleb Carter, Daniel Hartwig, Brayden Hartwig, Coleton Hartwig, Kinsley Hartwig, Breeanne Carter, and Ashlynne Cambron. Janet is also survived by her other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00pm – 7:00pm on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Olmstead Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 10:00am on Monday, July 21, 2025 with Pastor Wesley Watts officiating. Interment will follow at 3:30pm in the Black Cemetery near Corning, AR. Pallbearers will be Teddy Briney, Matt Wheeler, Jody Brooks, Bennie Rorie, Gary Ivy and John Bridgemen. Honorary Pallbearers will be Willie Baker and Clint Vaughn.
