She was born on December 26, 1945, to the late Walter and Lucille (Balza) Rathe in Sturgeon Bay.
Janet's wishes are to not have any formal services.
Over the years Janet cherished her time at Sunshine House and Aged and Disabled Resource Center of Door County. For those who wish to honor Janet's life, please consider a donation to Sunshine House.
