Janet Wise Obituary
Janet was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church. She loved to go on shopping sprees, loved roses, coloring, sewing, and reading.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Robert Meeks; and her sister Joyce K. Gray.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Richard "Buster" Wise; her sons Rich Wise (Julie) of Taylorsville, and Bradley Wise (Kelly) of Waddy; her grandchildren, Sydney Hume (Kevin), Lauren Wyatt (Trey), and Emily Keaton (Andrew); her 6 great grandchildren; her brothers, Scotty Meeks (Betty) and Bobby Meeks; and her little dog, Charlie.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Expressions of sympathy may be made out to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL, Memphis TN 38105-9959 or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
